Analytical laboratory complex

In order to quickly obtain the results of testing at the Enterprise, there is an Analytical Laboratory Complex consisting of chemical spectral and assay units, as well as a Mineralogical Laboratory. In November, the laboratory was accredited in accordance with O`zDSt ISO / IEC 17025: 2007 requirements for technical competence. In August 2019 received international certificate GOST ISO / IEC 17025-2019.

CHEMICAL-SPECTRAL LABORATORY carries out work on the spectrochemical determination of gold, spectral and chemical analysis of a wide range of elements. The experience and qualifications of employees allow us to perform analyzes qualitatively and with a high degree of reliability. Control of the correctness of analyzes is carried out in accordance with the regulatory documents “Standards of the Republic of Uzbekistan on metrological support of analytical work”.

Types of tests:

1. Spectrochemical determination of gold monthly ~ 6500-7000 samples

Scope of work:

hitching
sample firing
chemical enrichment of samples for gold
sampling ashing
interpretation (decryption)

2. Reduced spectral analysis monthly ~ 9000-9500 samples

Scope of work:

spill burning of samples by ISP-30
spectrogram interpretation

3. Chemical types of analyzes

a) Classical methods in accordance with the field of certification:

silicate analysis
measurement of mass fractions of components of rocks, ores, minerals
gypsum analysis
phosphorite analysis
salt analysis
hydrochemical analysis
reduced coal analysis

Scope of work:

Take hitch
Sample preparation
Preparation of reagents for analysis

a) Photocolorimetric methods:

– determination of WO3, Mo, Al, Si, Ti, Fe, P

Assay laboratory controls the content of precious metal in mineral raw materials in two ways:
1. Assay method (method No. 03888: 2008).

Measurement range: 0.2-100g / t for gold, 5.0-200g / t for silver.

2. Assay-spectral method.

Measurement range 0.01 -2.0 g / t for gold content: over 25 g / t – for silver content.

Assay laboratory services are designed to maximize the satisfaction of geologists. To speed up the process of issuing the analysis, the laboratory developed a service for transferring samples for assay analysis with a gold content in excess of 0.2 established by the assay-spectral method.
The quality and speed of analysis largely depends on customer information on the composition of the samples.

A prerequisite for the quality of the laboratory is metrologically accurate compliance with the analysis methods, which ensures annual certification of testing and measuring equipment, as well as the use of state standards to control the correctness of the measurement results of samples for certified elements.

Assay laboratory methodologists carry out a technological audit of gold and silver extraction schemes from ores and concentrates of various types. Interaction on these issues between specialists of assay laboratories is carried out systematically.

Laboratory annual capacity for:

  • assay 49 49-50 000 samples / year;
  • assay-spectral analysis of 78 000 – 80 000 samples / year.
