State Enterprise “Central Geological and Geophysical Expedition”

SE “Central GGE” conducts advanced specialized prospecting for gold on the Shaugaz prospective area and the left bank of the river. Abjaz, regional geological and geophysical work on compiling a digital geophysical basis for the GDF-50 in the Kuldzhuktau mountains, experimental and methodological and case studies to assess the prospects of the South-Western spurs of the Gissar Range and the Ferghana Depression to identify objects of hydrogen and stratiform sedimentary genesis, generalization and reinterpretation of geophysical and geochemical surveys in the territory of Southern Uzbekistan, the South Nurata Mountains and the Gava-Sansalak Square in the Kuramin Mountains.

For 9 months, the expedition conducted work on 8 projects:

The project “Advance specialized specialized prospecting for gold on the Shaugaz prospective area” II quarter 2016 – IV quarter 2019;
The project “Specialized geophysical work on the left bank of the Abjaz river with verification drilling of identified anomalies” I quarter. 2017 – IV quarter 2020
The project “Conducting geophysical research to provide a geophysical basis for geological exploration (GDP-50) of the western part of the Kuldzhuktau mountains at a scale of 1:50 000 and deep geological mapping (GGK-100) of the western frame of the Kuldzhuktau mountains” II quarter. 2016 – IV quarter 2025g.
The project “Generalization and reinterpretation of the results of geological, geochemical and geophysical surveys on the territory of the South Nurata Mountains based on the use of modern computer technology” II quarter. 2017 – IV quarter 2021
Project: “Generalization and reinterpretation of the results of geological, geochemical and geophysical surveys in the territory of Southern Uzbekistan based on the use of modern computer technologies”, II quarter. 2016 – IV quarter 2020
The project “Assessment of the prospects of the South-Western spurs of the Gissar Range and the Ferghana Basin for the identification of objects of hydrogen and stratiform sedimentary genesis” II quarter. 2015 – III quarter 2018
The project “Collection, analysis and reinterpretation of geological prospecting materials carried out on the Gava-Sansalak Square in the Kuramin Mountains, with the aim of increasing the efficiency of forecasting and searches for gold-silver mineralization based on the use of modern computer technologies”, II quarter. 2016 – IV quarter 2019

Design estimates for a new project have been prepared: “Geophysical surveys to provide a geophysical basis for geological exploration (GDP-50) of the northwestern part of the Bukantau mountains in 1: 50,000 mb on an area of 990 sq. Km”, on which field geophysical and geochemical studies were started research.

09/21/18 At the meeting of the Scientific and Technical Committee of the State Committee for Geology, the following report was considered: “Evaluation of the prospects of the South-Western spurs of the Gissar Range and the Ferghana Basin for identifying objects of hydrogenic and stratiform sedimentary genesis” with a rating of “excellent” and 24.09. handed over to the state-owned Gosgeolfond.

For 2 projects, the estimated gold resources of category P2 were evaluated (South-Western spurs of the Gissar Range and Ferghana Depression, Gava-Sansalak Square);

Mining and drilling operations were carried out at the site. Shougaz, Abjaz (drilling – 6005.1 lm; drilling of pits – 1,068 lm; ditches and clearing – 19,914 m3).

All core drilling volumes were performed on D & B-10,12,30 machines by the SSC complex using hydrocellulose drilling reagents and productivity up to 1200 m / month.

For the purpose of high-quality and timely completion of the geological task for subdivisions of surface, borehole geophysics at our own expense, the Company purchased and put into production – Magnetometers with GRS, instruments and accessories for them (Geophysical measuring device (logging recorder) – UGI version 7; borehole inclinometer ( continuous recording); Depth sensor with encoder installed for mounting on a winch stacker and Leica TS06 Plus 5 ”R500 total station.
