State Unitary Enterprise “Regiongeologia” and State Institution “Institute of Mineral Resources” together with employees of the Novosibirsk State University (NDU) are conducting geological research in the Sultonuvais mountains.
The purpose of conducting joint field research with representatives of the Novosibirsk State University aimed at solving controversial issues on the geodynamic evolution of the junction zone of the Tien Shan group of terranes with the Ural folded belt and the Ustyurt sialic block, as well as on the geochronology of igneous, sedimentary and metamorphic formations of the Sultan Uvais Mountains.
